With the intervention of the CEO of DEPA Commerce, Mr. Costas Xifaras, oil is entering the Nea Chora swimming pool.

Mr. Xifaras initially had telephone contact with a NOX agent and then with the president of the EAK Board of Directors, to whom he informed that there would be a significant sponsorship from DEPA Commerce for the supply of oil to the Chania swimming pool.

At the same time, Mr. Xifaras also informed Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis about the existing problem, who was already aware of the issue after it was made public.

Thus, on Friday afternoon or at the latest by Saturday morning, oil will be added to the swimming pool burner, but not in the total amount of the donation, but in half of it, in order for the boiler to operate smoothly.

The remaining financial grant will be used to procure oil once it becomes necessary again.

The Board of Directors of the Chania Public Sector Development Corporation thanks Mr. Xifaras for the initiative he took as CEO of DEPA Commerce.
