Analytical briefing/presentation of the major issues of sports reform and support for amateur sports, which took place on 18-19/04 in two long-term teleconferences with the executives of the sports establishment, for the sports family.

The briefing/presentation refers to:
- Thirteen (13) immediate measures to address violence and mismanagement with emphasis on
– Integrity Codes (Disciplinary Codes and Codes of Ethics in line with the principles of the IOC and international federations)
– Sports Psychology with mandatory employment of a Psychologist in federations
– Sports Ombudsman, the new mediation institution within the General Secretariat of the Federation
– Sports Executive Training Institute established with the aim of providing ongoing training to amateur players in issues of good governance, strategic planning and sports management, financial management, revenue generation techniques, sponsorships, etc.
- Significant renewal that occurred in the Boards through the results of the elections in the Federations.
- Register of Sports Clubs and the Ministerial Decision issued for the registrations of the year 2021.
- Allocation of money, for the first time, to amateur and professional sports, from the new method of taxing the winnings of betting players.
- A new sports bill, which will be discussed in Parliament in the coming days, includes
– Harmonization provisions with the FIFA/UEFA Holistic Study
– Reform of the institutional framework of the Professional Sports Committee
– Restructuring of professional football categories, arrangements for the National Anti-Doping Organization
– New framework for coaches and establishment of a Coaches Register
– Release of amateur athlete transfers
– Insurance for amateur athletes
– The sports facilities registration platform "Pelopas" and the new provisions for sports facilities
- Operation of the National Sports Integrity Platform in addressing manipulated matches.
- Greece's progress in the field of anti-doping, the operation of the National Anti-Doping Organization and the close cooperation with WADA.
- The Acropolis Rally which will be held September 9-12 in our country.
- The "Chilon" program, through which the amount of the regular subsidy that will be deposited directly to each sports federation and sports organization is determined.
