The previous announcement issued last Friday regarding the closure of the open spaces of the National Stadium of Chania, as requested by the contractor for the maintenance of the electric lighting pylons, as well as the General Secretariat of the Interior, for safety reasons, in order to complete the project, is being revoked.
After intervention by the Board of Directors of the Chania Municipal Sports and Recreation Association and consultation with the associations, it is noted that the project will be carried out in sections, so only that part of the stadium where the maintenance of the pillar will be carried out will be closed.
The clubs have already been informed about the training possibilities at the stadium, while there will be constant announcements about the section that will be closed with the start of the works.
