The Red Cross training certificates for the use of defibrillators at the Chania Emergency Medical Service were awarded on Wednesday evening.
This concerns the collaboration with the Red Cross and the organization last November at the Red Cross facilities of an information day on First Aid and ISO certification for defibrillator use for EAK employees as well as for representatives of the associations that use EAK facilities.
The briefing and certification were carried out by the President of the ES, Mr. Nikos Giannakakis.
The operation was carried out as part of the equipment of the EAK facilities with a total of four defibrillators.
Earlier, members of the Board of Directors of the Chania Regional Public Health Agency delivered material that had been requested by the Platanias Regional Public Health Agency, in order to meet its needs.
