Extension of term of office of administrative bodies
The term of office of the boards of directors and other statutory bodies of cultural, sports, charitable and other associations and clubs, which have been established and operate in accordance with articles 78 et seq. of the Civil Code, as well as of the Hellenic Scouts' Corps (S.E.P.), which has been established by law 1066/1917 (A'268), if it has expired or expires while the emergency measures to protect public health from the risk of further spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus are in force and if in the meantime elections for the appointment of new statutory bodies have not been or will not be held in accordance with article 82 hereof, is extended, from its expiry date, until 30.6.2021. Joint ministerial decisions, issued pursuant to par. 2 of article 54 of law 4753/2020 (A' 227), which extended the term of office of the boards of directors and other statutory bodies of associations and associations, remain in force until 30.4.2021.
