More than 100 members of the Swedish Olympic Committee (athletes, coaches and escorts) will arrive in Crete next week, where they will begin their preparation for the Pyehm Chang 2018 Winter Olympics. The Swedish team will use the facilities of the Chania National Stadium next week for training and testing of its athletes.
The Swedish Olympic Committee expressed its gratitude to the Secretary General of Sports for offering them the opportunity to use the National Stadium of Chania. The training and testing they will do at the National Stadium will lay the foundation for their successful presence at the Pyehm Chang 2018 Olympic Games – said the head of the delegation, Mr. Marten Fredriksson. The testing will take place at the National Stadium next Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning.
