SUMMARY OF THE PROCUREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
Automatic Clay Shooting Disc Launchers
BY OPEN PROCEDURE THROUGH A TENDER
Budget: €150,000.00 excluding VAT
The Chania Public Administration and Public Works Authority, as a Legal Entity of Public Law and a body of the General Government, is obliged to comply with the applicable legislation on financial management as well as the provisions of Law 4412/2016, as amended and applicable to procurement and service procedures.
The Chania Sports and Recreation Authority manages and maintains the sports facilities that fall under the Chania Sports and Recreation Authority and promotes mass, club and professional sports.
In the shooting facilities of the National Shooting Range of Chania, the supply and installation of automatic clay target shooting machines is deemed necessary.
The equipment will be used for competitive and training shooting in the following events:
- Olympic Trap
- Double Trap
- Skeet
The machines must be suitable for professional use in shooting ranges, comply with current ISSF regulations and have a proven track record of use in Olympic Games and World Championships over the last thirty (30) years.
The total cost amounts to the amount of one hundred and fifty thousand euros (€150,000.00) excluding VAT, i.e. in the amount of one hundred and eighty-six thousand euros (186,000.00€) including VAT 24% and it will be their responsibility ALE 3120989003 Fixed sighting equipment, ALE 2420104001 Expenses for the transport of persons, goods and related services and ALE 2420989001 Expenses for other services of the year's budget 2026 of the E.A.K. of Chania.

Delivery of the products must be made within ninety (90) days from the date of signing the contract.
The deadline for receipt of offers is 13/9/2026 at 11:00 a.m.
The procedure will be carried out using the National Electronic Public Procurement System (ESIDIS) Supplies and Services of the ESIDIS OPS (Web Portal www.promitheus.gov.gr) https://portal.eprocurement.gov.gr/webcenter/portal/TestPortal
The Electronic Unsealing of the (sub)envelope "Participation Documents-Technical Offer" and the (sub)envelope "Financial Offer" will take place on 14/9/2026 at 11:00.
